✅ Our Commitment to You We want you to feel confident subscribing to WMS4.0. If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel any purchase for any reason and receive a full refund. Outside that window, you can still cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the paid period.

1Scope & Products Covered

This Policy applies to all subscription plans and coaching packages purchased through the Weight Management System 4.0 platform operated by HUY MINH, Hanoi, Vietnam. It is compliant with Vietnamese consumer protection law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). For EU/EEA consumers, EU mandatory law prevails where it provides greater protection.

No charge. No refund applicable. Cancel by deleting your account at any time.

Monthly Subscription

Auto-renews monthly. 14-day right of withdrawal. Cancel any time; access continues to end of billing period.

Annual Subscription

Auto-renews yearly. 14-day right of withdrawal. Pro-rata refund within withdrawal window only.

2EU 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal EU / EEA

✅ Your Mandatory Legal Right (Art. 9, CRD 2011/83/EU) If you are a consumer located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from any subscription or coaching package within 14 calendar days of the date the contract was concluded, without giving any reason and without any penalty. This right cannot be removed or restricted by this Policy.

The 14-day period begins on the day your purchase is confirmed and your subscription or coaching package is activated. For free trial conversions, the period begins on the day the paid subscription first activates (the day after the trial ends).

2.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

Send us a clear written statement before the 14-day period expires via:

2.2 Effect of Withdrawal

Once we receive your valid withdrawal notice, we will reimburse all payments received from you — no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of your notice — using the same payment method, at no cost to you.

2.3 Pro-Rata Refund for Immediate Access

⚠ If You Clicked “Start Immediately” at Checkout If you expressly requested that we begin providing the digital service before the withdrawal period expired, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused proportion of the service.
Pro-Rata Refund Formula
Refund = Total Paid × (Days Remaining ÷ Total Days in Period)
Example: Annual plan at €99.99 — withdrawal on Day 10 → €99.99 × (355 ÷ 365) = €97.25

3WMS4.0 Standard 14-Day Refund Window

Regardless of whether the EU statutory right of withdrawal applies, WMS4.0 offers a 14-day satisfaction-based refund window for new subscriptions, subject to the following conditions:

A subscription is considered “used” if the AI Assistant, personalised plans, coach messaging, or community access has been actively engaged after purchase. Simply logging in or viewing the dashboard does not automatically constitute “use”.

⚡ No Refunds on Renewals Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals (monthly or annual) unless required by applicable mandatory law. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date.

4Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period – you retain full access until that date. We do not charge early termination fees.

Cancel via any of the following methods:

  • Online: Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan
  • Email: info@24k.agency — subject: “Cancel Subscription – [account email]”
  • EU Withdrawal: info@24k.agency (within 14-day window only)

You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Your account data is retained for 2 years post-cancellation to allow account reactivation. You may request immediate data deletion at info@24k.agency.

5Auto-Renewal & Reminders

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Reminders are sent to your registered email address. WMS4.0 is not responsible for reminders filtered as spam or not received due to an incorrect email on file. If the subscription price changes, you will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

6Failed Payments

If a payment fails, WMS4.0 will retry the charge up to three (3) times over seven (7) days. You will be notified by email after each failed attempt. If payment remains unsuccessful after all retries, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan and premium access suspended until payment is resolved.

7Coaching Package Cancellations & Refunds

Individual coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being marked as used and forfeited, unless due to a documented emergency.

Extension requests due to medical reasons or documented emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — contact info@24k.agency. If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is forfeited. A one-time “no-show grace” may be applied at WMS4.0’s discretion for the first occurrence per 12-month period.

8Free Trial Terms

Where WMS4.0 offers a free trial period, the following terms apply:

  • The free trial provides full access to premium features for the stated trial period at no charge
  • At the end of the trial period, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends
  • The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day the paid subscription activates (the day after the trial ends)
  • No charge is made during the free trial period

To cancel before conversion: Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Free Trial. You will retain free trial access until the trial expiry date.

9Chargebacks & Billing Disputes

⚡ Please Contact Us Before Initiating a Chargeback We encourage all billing concerns to be resolved directly with WMS4.0 before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may be contested and referred to our payment processor.

Please contact info@24k.agency first. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us with your order reference, account email, and a description of the issue. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

10How to Submit a Request

All requests must be submitted in writing to the correct channel. Use the exact subject line format shown below to avoid delays:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method. Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days.

All refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. We do not issue refunds as store credit unless specifically requested. We do not charge fees for processing refunds. Currency conversion differences are not compensable.

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds, except where required by mandatory applicable law (including EU consumer law for EU consumers):

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. For consumers habitually resident in the EU/EEA, mandatory provisions of your national consumer protection law — including rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Directive (EU) 2019/770 — apply in full and override this Policy where they provide greater protection.
